About Us

AIMsoc is ANU’s new home for all things AI and machine learning.

We’re a student-run community for anyone who’s curious about how AI works, how it’s changing the world, and how to build with it - no experience required.

Our goal is to make AI accessible, hands-on and community-driven. We run beginner-friendly workshops, project nights and panel events that connect students with researchers, startups and industry.

Whether you’re from CS, science, business, law or the arts, if you’re excited about the future of AI, you’ll find a place here.

  • Learn the fundamentals of AI/ML in a supportive environment

  • Build real projects with other students

  • Meet people who care about the same problems you do
